The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has granted Graph, an international money transfer operator (IMTO), a licence to expand its secure cross-border payment services and advance financial inclusion for African businesses.
With a mission to remove trade barriers for African enterprises, Graph has spent the past three years developing solutions that simplify international transactions, enable multi-currency account management, and connect businesses to global markets.
“This licence from the CBN affirms our dedication to doing business the right way—securely, transparently, and in the best interest of our customers,” said Tomi Badejo, Chief Operating Officer of Graph. “It positions us to broaden access to affordable, fast, and compliant cross-border payment solutions.”
Graph’s offerings go beyond remittances, featuring multi-currency wallets to hold, send, and receive funds without excessive conversion costs. Businesses can also open USD accounts in their registered names for compliant international transactions.
The fintech further provides API integrations that enable other financial service providers, developers, and enterprises to automate payouts, manage real-time foreign exchange, and process borderless transactions. In addition, its business card solutions facilitate operational and international expense management.
Serving thousands of businesses across Africa, Graph said the IMTO licence will bolster its partnerships, enhance transaction security, and streamline global payment flows.
