To be eligible for this transformative opportunity, applicants must fulfill specific criteria. Prospective participants should be graduates of Technical, Entrepreneurial, and Vocational Education and Training (TEVET) programs, university graduates, or micro and small enterprises (MSEs) with entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 years.
