Mzuzu E-Hub, in collaboration with Zantchito Entrepreneurship and Access to Finance, has unveiled an exciting opportunity for Idea-Stage Entrepreneurs residing in the northern districts of Malawi. Aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative ideas spanning sectors such as agriculture, energy, water and sanitation, construction, environmental solutions, and Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) are encouraged to participate in a specialized business incubation support program.

Selected candidates will gain access to invaluable business development services through their participation in Mzuzu E-Hub’s program. This comprehensive support package includes guidance on idea testing, prototype development, expert business coaching, facilitation of connections with potential buyers, financial literacy training, mentorship, assistance with crafting effective marketing strategies, guidance on standards compliance, and support with certification processes.

To be eligible for this transformative opportunity, applicants must fulfill specific criteria. Prospective participants should be graduates of Technical, Entrepreneurial, and Vocational Education and Training (TEVET) programs, university graduates, or micro and small enterprises (MSEs) with entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 years. Commitment to actively engage in the incubation process for a minimum duration of six months is also a vital requirement.

This initiative has a twofold objective: to empower and nurture young entrepreneurs by equipping them with the essential resources and guidance needed to effectively develop their innovative business concepts. By doing so, it not only elevates individual prospects but also contributes to the overall economic advancement of the northern districts of Malawi.
