RTGS.global has entered into pilot agreements with MDO Humo in Tajikistan and Credo Bank in Georgia to conduct pilots of its settlement service in Central Asia.

RTGS.global, a company specializing in cross-border payments and settlements, aims to facilitate seamless cross-border transactions in the region and has garnered interest from Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

In an effort to expand its global reach, RTGS.global established the Banks Working Group earlier this year, collaborating with numerous global banks.

Marcus Treacher, Executive Chair at RTGS.global, expressed that countries like Georgia and Tajikistan are recognizing the potential to enhance customer experiences by offering efficient and seamless services through frictionless cross-border payments and settlements.

CEO Jarrad Hubble remarked, “We anticipated that 2023 would be a transformative year for our business, as we enter the next phase of our growth. Our ability to serve both established and emerging markets reflects our genuine commitment to addressing challenges within the global financial system.”

Earlier this year, David Sissens stepped down as CEO of RTGS.global for personal reasons, and Jarrad Hubble assumed the role of interim CEO.
