Ghana’s National Cybersecurity Authority (CSA) issued a public alert on Monday, (May 8, 2023) about attempted cyberattacks perpetrated by hackers by Gmail and YouTube.

The CSA statement comes after a Google outing warning Gmail and YouTube users of a new phishing attack that could compromise their personal information. These cyberattacks include fake emails or links to sites announcing online rewards.
