BT and Infobip have announced an expanded global partnership aimed at delivering AI-powered advanced communication solutions to multinational enterprises around the world.
Building on their successful UK collaboration launched in 2022, the enhanced alliance integrates BT’s Global Voice and inbound contact capabilities with Infobip’s industry-leading cloud communications platform. The collaboration is designed to accelerate innovation in enterprise connectivity, offering organisations seamless, secure, and scalableengagement across multiple communication channels.
The new phase of the partnership will leverage conversational AI to enable enterprises to deliver human-like, intelligent customer interactions at scale — simplifying the creation of dynamic customer journeys through low-code or no-code automation tools.
Under the arrangement, Infobip will now serve as an authorised reseller of BT’s International Contact Global (ICG)suite, which includes international toll-free and inbound voice services. Conversely, BT will offer Infobip’s rich messaging services, including RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS, to its enterprise clients.
This integration allows enterprises to unify their global contact centres into a single virtual network, combining advanced voice and messaging capabilities to enhance customer engagement worldwide. Businesses can now reach customers through rich digital channels, manage inbound calls in over 180 countries, and access phone numbers in more than 130 markets.
