Flutterwave, Africa’s leading fintech company, has announced that it has received an approval-in-principle for its payment aggregator license from the Central Bank of Mozambique. This significant milestone allows Flutterwave to expand its comprehensive payment services within Mozambique and strengthen its presence in southern African markets.

With the payment aggregator license, Flutterwave can offer a broad range of payment solutions, including processing payments for e-commerce, remittances, and other financial services. This will enhance the convenience of digital payments in Mozambique and support the growth of the digital economy.
