The number of Maroc Telecom Group’s customers reached nearly 74 million in the first half of 2021, up 7.5% compared to the end of June 2020.

The mobile customer base amounted to 19.6 million clients, an increase of 0.3% in one year, driven by the prepaid customer base which gained 1.7% in the second quarter, noted the same source.
The fixed line has improved by 1% over one year to register nearly 2 million lines at the end of June 2021, said the group, adding that the broadband customer base increased by 3.3% to 1.7 million subscribers.
