Standard Chartered has launched a Generative AI-powered tool, SC GPT, across 41 markets, enabling over 70,000 employees to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.
The AI-driven solution is designed to optimize the bank’s productivity, refine sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, enhance software development through automation, and strengthen risk assessment, management, and reporting processes.
Additionally, Standard Chartered is developing a customized version of SC GPT that integrates group data to address organization-specific challenges more effectively. Local teams are also leveraging the tool to create market-specific solutions, including digital marketing enhancements, translation services, and customer engagement initiatives.
