Mastercard Unveils Access Pass to Elevate Customer Engagement Through Personalised Perks

Mastercard has introduced Access Pass, a new programme designed to help issuers and partners strengthen customer engagement by offering personalised experiences and exclusive digital benefits.

Access Pass allows cardholders to instantly enhance their existing debit, credit or prepaid cards with customised digital card designs and additional perks—without changing their physical cards or existing benefits. Users can apply unique card art within their digital wallets and immediately unlock access to exclusive offers and experiences.

The McLaren Formula 1 Team and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are the first partners to adopt the programme. Through this launch, eligible cardholders can access limited-edition McLaren-branded card art, a complimentary McLaren Plus membership, and curated events, experiences and merchandise tied to the partnership.

Jorn Lambert, chief product officer at Mastercard, said: “With Mastercard Access Pass, we’ve created a seamless digital gateway to the passions that matter most to our cardholders. Together with partners like the McLaren Formula 1 Team and FAB, we’re delivering exclusive experiences—starting in the UAE and scaling globally.”
