Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has broadened its instant credit and prepaid card printing service, now available at all KFH Go self-banking stations across Kuwait. This 24/7 service allows customers to print their cards quickly and securely.
This expansion builds on KFH’s recent innovation in instant card issuance, marking a significant advancement in Kuwait’s banking sector. Customers can now print various banking cards directly from KFH’s self-service devices, underscoring the bank’s dedication to enhancing customer experience through cutting-edge technology.
Meshal Mandani, Senior Manager of Digital Channels at KFH, commented, “Our services have become more accessible with this expansion. After the successful introduction of this service at our Khiran Mall and Airport branches, we are now extending it to all KFH Go self-banking stations across Kuwait.”
The card printing process is straightforward. Customers can either use the KFH online application to generate a QR code or enter their civil ID into the self-banking device. Following the steps, they will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS, ensuring top-notch security.
Mandani highlighted that this initiative is part of KFH’s broader strategy to offer innovative banking services through its digital channels. The bank’s instant card issuance, facilitated by a Hybrid Solution from NCR, enables customers to print cards in just three minutes, 24/7, using either self-service options or QR codes from smartphones.
KFH’s leadership in the Kuwaiti banking sector is further reinforced by its commitment to providing instant card issuance through ATMs without the need for prior requests. This service is now available at all branches and select shopping malls, enhancing KFH’s extensive network of self-service devices.
Additionally, KFH continues to lead in digital banking innovations, offering services such as secure account openings for non-customers, cheque book printing through XTM devices, and smart watch transactions. The bank’s comprehensive suite of online services includes personal financing, instant payments, local and international transfers, investment deposits, gold trading, cheque deposits, and more.
