Mumbai-based fintech Mswipe is making its entry into the UK market through a strategic partnership with Cashflows, leveraging an acquiring BIN sponsorship model to establish its presence.
Mswipe, which currently serves 800,000 merchants in India, will utilize Cashflows’ UK acquiring license to operate as an acquirer. This enables Mswipe to manage merchant onboarding, pricing, settlement terms, and transaction processing using its proprietary technology while relying on Cashflows for regulatory compliance and financial infrastructure.
The acquiring BIN sponsorship model simplifies Mswipe’s market entry by allowing the company to focus on merchant acquisition and management, while Cashflows ensures regulatory compliance and facilitates seamless financial transactions.
A Seamless Path to UK Market Entry
Cashflows CEO Hannah Fitzsimons described the partnership as a game-changer, stating:
