Angola: BNA Launches Financial Inclusion Campaign

National Bank of Angola (BNA) launched an awareness campaign on education and financial inclusion in Panguila market, northern Bengo province.

The event will allow the population to join the banking system by opening a bank account with a minimum amount of AKz 100.

“The initiative will help the families get accustomed to keeping their money in the bank and become self-sufficient”, said to Angop the head of Division of the Financial Inclusion Department of BNA, Catarina João.

Some of the country-based banks are joining the two-day campaign, with stress to BPC, BIC, Millenium Atlântico and BCA.
