As part of strategies to boost customer experience, Glo Ghana Partners with AirtelTigo. Glo Ghana Network, one of the telecommunications companies in Ghana, has decided to partner up to improve services.

Glo Networks has entered into a statewide National Roaming agreement with AirtelTigo for phone, data, and SMS services in order to provide its consumers with more coverage and a faster internet experience.

Glo Ghana Partners with AirtelTigo – The Details

Glo has indicated in a statement that, as part of this strategic business partnership with AirtelTigo, all Glo customers would be automatically switched over to the AirtelTigo network by the 23rd of April in 2022.

Glo customers will continue to recharge with Glo’s scratch cards or electronic credit transfers and enjoy all existing Glo products, including Value Added Services.

Glo Ghana subscribers are hereby urged, to continue enjoying
Glo’s amazing call and data offerings at no
extra cost, it is now MANDATORY for
you to select Airtel-Tigo as network provider
simply by changing their mobile settings.

For Android/IPhones

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Mobile networks /Carrier
  • Select Network /Network Operators
  • Select Disabled Automatic selection/Select Manually
  • select Airteltigo or Airteltigo
    (Forbidden) or 62003 or Tigo or Mobitel.

For Feature Phones:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Network
  • select manual
  • select Airteltigo Network or
    62003 or Tigo or Mobitel.

How To Enjoy Glo Ghana Data while roaming on Airteltigo

For Android phones:

  1. Go To Settings
  2. Select Connections/network & internet
  3. Select Mobile Network/Sim card
  4. select Glo/Enable Data Roaming

iPhones/IOS phones:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Mobile/Cellular Data Options
  3. enable data roaming.

Kindly restart your phone and repeat the process till successful.
