The 4YFN (4 Years From Now) startup event in Barcelona features hundreds of tech companies drawn from all facets of the tech industry to connect or even launch new business ventures together.
Egypt’s ITIDA will support 8 tech startups at the event to capitalize on the event’s networking potential and connect with top investors looking for the latest tech solutions and cutting edge founders. 4YFN will run from 28 June to July 1.
ITIDA hopes to use it’s participation at the event as a way of supporting local enterprises and entrepreneurs while highlighting Egypt’s robust and diverse startup ecosystem – showcasing the country as a regional hub for digital innovation and entrepreneurship.
The tech startups across Egypt taking part in the exhibition are Adzily (indoor advertising platform, Cardoo (youth-focussed smart devices developer), ElGameya (Fintech mobile application), E-POD (specialized Fintech mobile app for SMEs), Paynas (Fintech), Talents Arena (talent recruitment startup), Webville (AI company), and WideBot (B2B SaaS platform).
Egypt has the largest start-up ecosystem within the MENA region according to the 2020 Egypt Venture Investment Report., with 2019 recording over $190 million in investment (foreign investment making uo 32%).
