With the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak has come increased global business and economic disruption and uncertainty. In this crisis management situation, companies are grappling with managing the impact of the outbreak on their ability to meet strategic goals and customer demands.
The spread of COVID-19 is changing how we live and work in ways we would not have thought possible.
With every industry, function and geography affected, the amount of potential change to think through can be daunting.
In a well-coordinated response, the Lagos Business School (LBS) Faculty has commenced a series of free live webinars tagged ‘LBS Conversations’ to examine some of the challenges that organisations and individuals face during the crisis and provide insight for navigating its after-effects.
The LBS faculty alongside other subject matter experts will address business risks and mitigation, customer service and delivery, new channels for customer engagement, meeting stakeholder expectations among other pressing topics.
These webinars which will require free registration and open to all will provide expert perspectives that provide insight paired with tangible actions that organizations can take to turn massive complexity into meaningful change.
