Kenya: The ADB opens a second ICT center of excellence in Kenya

On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, the African Development Bank (AfDB) inaugurated a second center of excellence in information and communication technologies at the United States International University-Africa in Nairobi, Kenya.

The center, open to young Africans aged 15 to 35, aims to develop their capacities to improve their competitiveness in local and international labour markets while providing them with practical skills of the 21st century, as well as skills in employability and entrepreneurship.
