With plans to scale its solutions beyond South Africa, the healthtech company seeks to combine revolutionary technology such as artificial intelligence with radiology, as it transforms the way radiologists look, interpret imaging and make diagnosis.

Its products include Ratify, an artificial intelligence (AI) solution for radiologists and medical doctors, making medical imaging diagnosis faster, more accurate and affordable, which it asserts to have received approval from the South African Health Products Regulatory Association.

Envisionit Deep AI is set to ensure this solution attains global recognition, hence, working on gaining approval from FDA and European Medical Agency.

Radify AI was developed with inclusion in mind and can be deployed anywhere – even in locations with poor broadband capacity or infrastructure. This on-site product can be integrated with devices such as X-ray machines to deliver diagnosis and treatment at the point of care. It also offers teleradiology for patients that require radiology reports.

The healthtech company also plans to introduce its solutions to South Africa’s mining sector, where employees have a higher risk of getting tuberculosis, which can be detected alongside other diseases such as breast cancer, and pneumonia, with its model.

Its recently launched edtech tool, a computer-assisted training model for medical practitioners who want to gain radiology skills, would further facilitate its goal achievement.
