On Wednesday, February 22, 2023 the Congolese Insurance Regulation and Control Authority (ARCA) launched the National Insurance Certificate Issuance System (SNECA).
This new digital tool for strategic use will allow insured persons to reassure themselves about the authenticity of certificates provided by their insurers with or without an Internet connection through the SNECA application on tablets, smartphones and POS. It will also allow centralization, traceability of insurance certificates and effective access to data.
